Who we are
This site is owned and operated by Edutherapy LLP, registered in the United Kingdom with offices at 1 Beechmont Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1QZ, United Kingdom.
Contact preferences
By signing up for our products and services you agree that we may contact you from time to time regarding those products and services. You may at any stage opt out of these email communications by using the link at the bottom of each email. Where providing you with information is an essential part of the services you pay us for, you may still opt out, but will not be entitled to any refunds.
Subscriptions and your right to cancel
Our subscription services are available to purchase by paying fees of one month, three months or one year in advance and continue on a rolling contract basis until terminated by you. We will collect payments at intervals corresponding to your first payment (either monthly, quarterly or annually). Once you have made your payment you will not be entitled to any refunds, apart from in line with your statutory rights, but may cancel at any time before we collect your next payment.
Notices
Any notices which you send to us in relation to our sales agreement must be sent via email to: support@gorilla-tag.com. Such notice will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after the email has been sent. We may serve notices to you at either the email or postal addresses which you have provided to us.
Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with purchases from this site are governed by English law.
Privacy
We collect personal data solely to enable the delivery of our products and services. We will never share your data with any third parties unless required to do so by law, or where it is absolutely necessary for us to be able to properly provide our products and services to you, e.g. through our suppliers.
Our liability
We know from anecdotal data that there have been significant benefits for many individuals on our programmes, but results vary according to individual circumstances and the way our products and services are used by each individual. Accordingly, we make no warranties or representations as to the efficacy of our products or any specific results that may be obtained from using them; and we will not be responsible or liable in any way for any personal or financial losses that may result from reliance on their use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Product information
Gorilla Tags are fobs made from a silicone-tourmaline composite containing a radio frequency tag which can be worn around the neck or sewn in to clothing. Our subscription services consist of general information provided to you by email, as well as registration on our database.
Returns
Gorilla Tags purchased from us are imprinted to emit specific frequencies based on your requirements. Because they are personalised, we are not able to accept returns unless you have clear evidence that the tags are defective and do not serve their intended purpose as outlined by us above.
