SOFIA

After being on the programme for only a week I noticed that I wasn’t craving for my favourite snack crisps, even when I had the opportunity to eat them ( I had the perfect excuse to eat them) I was not drawn to them at all, I even looked at them hoping they would entice me to eat them but no, I was shocked actually, I did not want them, I wanted something healthy. I now have the choice to be healthy without willpower and it feels so natural. I am well into the third week and still no desire to eat crisps.
